This class, meant for beginner or intermediate-level athletes, is focused around building cardiovascular endurance and proper movement patterns, all while ensuring each person gets an individualized, personal experience every time. Ascent

Ascent is the bridge to increased levels of athleticism, a stronger mind and body, quicker recovery times and intuitive control over movement for athletes who have honed in the confidence to crush their workouts and their ability to move safely. Programming consistently teaches and challenges powerlifting mechanics and gymnastics movements, as well as increases aerobic capacity to support longer, more strenuous exercise. OBJECTIVES:
- INCREASE AEROBIC CAPACITY
- IMPROVE POWERLIFTING AND GYMNASTICS MOVEMENTS
- TRAIN IN A CHALLENGING SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT

Peak

As our most advanced small group training class, the Peak program builds on skills and capacities gained in Ascent. This targeted strength and conditioning program develops elite-level fitness through olympic weightlifting and gymnastics skill progression. OBJECTIVES:
