Our newest program at Precision Training is focused on leaning out your midsection, cutting body fat, and increasing core strength.
This training program is perfect for people looking to get back in shape, or start living a healthier life now. Fitness levels that are appropriate for the Basecamp Program at Precision Training are – Beginner to Intermediate.
Each 45 minute Basecamp workout will
- Develop conditioning & aerobic endurance
- Challenge you with safe & individualized training methods
- Increase your coordination & total body strength
- Improve your overall body awareness & help you to train effectively for the rest of your life
Classes meet twice per week. Space is limited, so when we’re full, we’re full, but we’re working to open up new classes at other times that may be even more convenient for you.
Monday & Wednesday morning at 6am starting July 1
Monday & Wednesday at 12pm
