This training program is perfect for people looking to get back in shape, or start living a healthier life now. Fitness levels that are appropriate for the Basecamp Program at Precision Training are – Beginner to Intermediate.
Ascent is the proving ground from your Approach. Small group settings enable our coaches to provide individual attention and real-time feedback to each member training in the Ascent program. Individual fitness and skill levels vary; Ascent will improve gymnastic ability, while increasing speed and proficiency.
A more advanced group personal training, Peak focuses on developing greater strength through more advanced movements. Peak introduces athletes to olympic weightlifting, kipping pull ups, and toe-to-bars. The Peak program builds on Ascent mechanics and conditioning.
