Your goals may not be defined on day 1, but our process for helping you become your best you does. Our training process begins with a thorough assessment of your current fitness, mobility, range of motion, and body awareness so we can guide you toward a new level of fitness.
We know our athletes—it’s part of who we are. Sign up for a group personal training workout and the Precision instructor will be aware of your conditioned state, appropriate weights for your current fitness level, and any mechanical modifications dictated by a physical limitation.
We believe a new level of fitness can be attained virtually injury-free: now this doesn’t mean you won’t be sore—our high-intensity workouts won’t be doing their job if that’s the case—it’s our commitment to you to provide a safe workout environment including clean and functional equipment, proper technique coaching, and a watchful eye as you develop your mechanics.
